Committee:
·
Approved the public advertisement and acceptance of
tenders in Appendix 1, Table 1 through the
Council’s electronic procurement system;
·
Granted delegated authority to the appropriate
Director to award the most economically advantageous tender using
pre-agreed criteria;
·
Agreed to accede to Standing Order 55 exceptions in
relation to contracts detailed in Appendix 1 Table
2;
·
Noted the contracts awarded from June to August 2019
inclusive as detailed in Appendix 1 Table 3;
and
·
Noted that it had delegated
authority in relation to the award of contracts.
