arc21 is the umbrella waste management group for 6 councils in the east of Northern Ireland. It offers an innovative and collaborative approach to help meet the multifarious challenges in the field of resource management for both now and in the future.
arc21's aim is to encourage households and businesses to 'Reduce, Re-use and Recycle' as much as possible, and deliver new waste infrastructure facilities to manage waste efficiently and in an environmentally-friendly manner.
